By using this website or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. The Service
VisionDocks Photo AI lets you upload images for AI-powered processing such as background removal, colorization of black-and-white photos, and detail enhancement. You may only upload content you own or have a clear legal right to process. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including copyright, privacy, and image-rights law. We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; scheduled maintenance, capacity throttling, or temporary outages may occur.
2. Your Content & Privacy
Files you upload remain entirely yours. We process them solely to deliver the AI operation you requested and automatically delete them from our servers within 24 hours of processing — unless you explicitly save them to your Workspace. We never use your uploaded images to train our public AI models, and we never share them with third parties for advertising. Copyright in this website and service — including text, graphics, logos, software, model weights, and the trained AI architectures used by VisionDocks Photo AI — is owned by FabTech Software Limited All materials on this site are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or adapted in any form without prior written permission. "VisionDocks" and "visiondocks.com" are trademarks of FabTech Software Limited; unauthorized commercial use of these marks constitutes infringement and unfair competition.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI output quality varies with input image quality and is not guaranteed for any specific commercial purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FabTech Software Limited is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
