policy

1. Information We Collect

At Visiondocks, we believe that precision intelligence should not come at the cost of your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you engage with our creative tools and services.

We collect information to provide better services to all our users — from determining basic preferences like which language you speak, to more complex things like which AI processing modes you find most useful.

Personal Information

When you sign up for a VisionDocks account, we ask for personal information like your name, email address, and (for purchases) payment details processed by Stripe. We never store credit-card numbers on our own servers.

Usage Data & Imagery

We collect data about your interactions with our tools (e.g. Background Remover, Photo Colorizer). When you upload images for processing, they are temporarily stored on our secure servers to perform the requested AI operation and are automatically deleted within 24 hours unless explicitly saved to your Workspace. We never use your uploaded images to train our public AI models.

Data Security Commitment

We deploy industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Your creative assets belong to you. We do not use your proprietary images to train our public AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent.
