Subscription Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current period and will not renew thereafter. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a renewed term.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. You retain access to all current and future tools indefinitely. The 30-day money-back guarantee also applies to lifetime purchases.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of your initial purchase, regardless of plan type. Refunds cannot be issued once a subscription has been renewed (the renewal counts as a new billing period), or when an account has used a substantial volume of processing jobs that exceeds normal fair use, or when the purchase is older than 30 days.
