License Agreement

Please read the terms of this License Agreement carefully before using visiondocks.com. This is a legal agreement between you and visiondocks.com (operated by FabTech Software Limited, 2G Hok Yuen St, Hok Yuen, Hong Kong 999077). By accessing or using the visiondocks.com service, you accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Subject to your active plan and these terms, FabTech Software Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the VisionDocks Photo AI service — including background removal, photo colorization, and detail enhancement — for the duration of your subscription, or, in the case of the lifetime plan, indefinitely. A free tier may be available with daily usage quotas; sustained or larger-scale use requires an active paid plan.

You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your subscription without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or attempt to discover the source code, model weights, or training data of any visiondocks.com software or AI service. You may not use visiondocks.com as part of facility management, timesharing, service provider, or service bureau arrangements, nor build a competing product on top of our service.

The visiondocks.com service is licensed, not sold. You may only upload content you own or have a clear legal right to process. The output you generate may be used for your lawful personal or business purposes. You may not use the service to process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive (including the creation of non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.

In no circumstances will FabTech Software Limited be liable to you for any damages, claims, or costs whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, lost information, loss of data, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. AI output quality varies with input quality and is not guaranteed for any specific commercial purpose. The foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this License limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud.

If any part of this License is found to be void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remainder, which shall remain valid and enforceable. This License may only be varied in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FabTech Software Limited Updates to the service may be provided with additional or different terms, but FabTech Software Limited has no obligation to provide updates.

This License is the entire Agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings, or advertising relating to the service. You acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance, or warranty other than as expressly set out herein. FabTech Software Limited is entitled to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under the License. Questions about this Agreement can be sent to [email protected].

Copyright of all materials contained in the visiondocks.com website and service — including related web pages, the structure and design of web pages, images, software, trained AI model weights, and any other proprietary content — is owned by FabTech Software Limited Any duplication, reproduction of contents, mirroring on servers not owned by FabTech Software Limited, or any illegal use in any other form is not permitted without prior written permission. FabTech Software Limited reserves all rights to take legal action.
